When Peter came across this gorgeous piece of naturally wavy Amber, he had no idea why, he just knew he had to have it. Of all the Amber he had collected over the years, this was one of the largest and probably the least likely to be displayed. Though improbable, he decided to include it with the stones he took to that first planning meeting with the Sanchez Luna Family. Their reaction to this truly yoUnique piece of Amber was electrifying making him want to move forward and create with it. The artful encasing using Blackened Sterling Silver and symbols of the Baja was their idea. The finished piece was mind-blowing as you can see. Being so large, Peter was a bit hesitant to wear it, but did so for his first dinner out. Not at all his normal way, he was a bit reserved and paid attention to the reactions around him. What he witnessed was truly nothing short of inspiring. Numerous restaurant goers and staff enthusiastically and favorably admired the creation; many came by to ask about it and pay compliments. The awkwardness that Peter initially felt quickly subsided and would never return when displaying any of his pieces again.
