In early February of 2024, Peter was traveling in China. It was a few days before the Chinese New Year and approaching the Year of the Dragon. Surprise, surprise, Peter was searching for new and yoUnique stones and Pearls to work with and came across this gorgeous piece of Burmese Jade. Peter was born in 1964 during a Year of the Dragon, and could clearly see a green Dragon within this stone. He knew it was meant for him so he bought it to create a personal piece. 14K Gold was the only metal to properly frame this incredible stone. The inscription is "一千九百六十四" which represents 1964 in the Chinese language, Peter's Dragon Year. He shares this piece regularly with it often becoming a conversation piece. It should remind all of us that there is no limit to creativity when we keep our eyes and thoughts open.
