While traveling in Denmark, Peter came across this authentic coin from the Roman Empire and couldn't leave without it. Minted somewhere between 312-281 BCE, this Sterling Silver four drachmae coin depicts the profile of Alexander the Great on the front, and Zeus seated on a throne holding an eagle and scepter on the back. The coin was minted during the imperial rule of Seleucus I Nicator, one of Alexander the Great's successors. It has a weight of around 17 grams and diameter of approximately 25-26mm. Peter decided this special coin should be very carefully held within a yoUnique White Sterling Silver frame so it could be shared; no damage was done to the coin. The conversations this pendant starts are constant and enjoyable.
